The Steering Committee of Eagles & Ag has chosen 2019’s winning images, and the winners are a repeat winner and one brand new participant.
Kathy Port’s image of two barn owls was chosen as the Best Birding Image. Ms Port has been a regular participant in the contest for years and has won several times in the past. New entrant Kim Steed took the honors for Best Agriculture/Wildlife Image for her capture of an eagle flying above two cows. Both Ms. Port and Ms. Steed will receive $125 prizes, courtesy of Jacques Etchegoyhen and Legacy Land & Water. The photos are below along with all of the images submitted.
